Memorial Day

I have always wanted to go to Riverside Cemetery here in Spokane on  Memorial Day to see the flags.  It was beautiful. 

I found a similar display in Eagle at the city park there.  A field full on flags to honor any military person you wanted.  Maybe next year Mike will have a flag.  (For serving – you know what I mean…)

WICKED!

Merry Christmas Katie!  She’s been waiting a long time to use those tickets she found in her stocking on Christmas morning but tonight was the night!

  We had soooo much fun at Wicked.  We have looked forward to this for a long time.  Loved the music, loved the story line, loved the company.  Just a great night.

Katie got a cool jacket too as a souvenir.  And we’ve been playing the songs on the piano ever since.

Barney Love

I love Barney!  I used to watch it with Andrew.  He loved the music and the children.  He had Barney PJ’s and a stuffed Barney.  Good thing we kept it because now Dallas loves Barney.  Toby is one great Dad!  He crafted a Barney out of play dough on command.

Home Again!

We had a lot of fun at Lovey’s but we can only be charmed for so long.  We started getting cranky and tired and missing our Mom.  So we were glad to see them at the airport.  And get to know Baby Blue.  It was fun to bring Grandma Lovey home with us too!

Fun at Lovey’s Part 2

Melissa is teaching me to make faces.  I probably already knew….  We had fun making a fire one night and I got to make roasted marshmallows with the girls.  Me and Wes took care of each other. 

                     

The Boys Vacation to Lovey’s House

Dear Mom and Dad,

We are doing just fine here with Lovey while you are so busy trying to get Baby Blue healthy.  We just wanted to send you some pictures to show you what we’re up to.

If we think about it, we miss you terribly. But no one gives us a minute to think!

Playing with the dog, jumping on the tramp, driving cars, having picnics, eating blue popsicles, bringing flowers to Lovey, jumping on Andrew, eating mini boxes of “Daddy Crunch,” playing with cars, playing with stuffed animals (Grandma Lovey has BARNEY!), playing with play dough…

And tomorrow is another day!  We’ll see you soon!  Don’t worry about us!
