Homemade PASTA

Megan and Melissa took a cooking class the first part of the summer to make up for the credits they lose from taking seminary.  They LOVED it and learned all about commercial cooking and running the "Mr. Beans" cafe.  They brought home so many tasty things like ham wraps, creme brulee, Italian sodas.  One thing Melissa was excited to come home and show us was how easy homemade pasta was.  One night she mixed up some flour and water and eggs and kneaded it forever and we rolled it out and make homemade bow tie pasta for dinner.  WOW!  It was soooo good.  We didn't have enough so we made a box of normal stuff and got to compare the two side by side.  Homemade is so much better.
