Easter Fun

 

I took very few photos on Easter morning.  The kids looked around for their baskets – Mike hides them every year.  Katie complained and finally gave up.  I couldn’t even find hers.  Dallas found his quickly and was loving the candy.

I guess they all found them by the time conference started because they were all eating candy. 

After conference, Walkers and Gradys came over for Easter dinner.  That was fun.  But we were all missing Toby.  Fun to have Tammy and Dallas and Wes here but it is hard to not have the Tobster too.  Work – gets in the way of living!

My favorite part is setting the table for dinner.   

The kids were disappointed when we didn’t have punch for Thanksgiving so we made sure to have it for Easter.

 

 

Julie is looking good and feeling good.  Ryan shaved his head!  So nice to have Tammy here and to enjoy the boys.  Cute cute little guys in their matching shirts.

I would like to know what the smile is about.  My guess is they are talking about “Clark” women!  The brother in laws.

It was weird to not go to church on Easter Sunday.  But conference was great.  One of the members of our ward had a neighbor ask why the  Mormon church parking lot was empty the whole day on Easter.  Very strange when every other Sunday it is full from 6 am to 4 pm.  “Don’t Mormons celebrate Easter?”  was the question.  We are grateful to know why we celebrate Easter and to have the gospel of Jesus Christ to give us hope.
