Ryan and Jason Graduate!

Mom and Dad came up to attend Jason and Ryan's high school graduations! What a bonus to be able to enjoy them even though they were here mostly for the Walkers and Gradys!



Those two boys have somehow grown up and finished high school. They are so much like my own sons. I love them dearly and have memories stretching back to when they were newborns. I put Ryan in a "Moses" basket when he was all of 4 pounds, all wrapped up in a blanket. And I met Jason at 6 weeks old when we all went to the Washington DC temple with Diane and Chet to see them sealed. So how is it possible that they are now going to be college students with a life of their own???

We all got together at the Grady's for a family BBQ after their ceremonies. It was fun. Typical Spokane June weather - cold and windy... John's family came from Tennessee and it was fun to meet his Dad and see his Mom and Marla and David again. Even Damon and Amy came from Oregon. We don't see John's kids very often so it was really a big and fun group.

The guests of honor. They actually both left early so they could attend many parties with friends. The teenage life...

I guess Andrew is next to graduate in 2010 and then Chelsea, Jayna, Katie, Dallas, Megan and Jenny, Melissa and Skyler... It just keeps going for all the cousins for the next few years.

Class of 2011, 2012, and 2013 right here...
