Toby’s brother Tory lives in a neighborhood with people who LOVE fireworks. They spent thousands of dollars and invited all the neighbors to watch. So funny, one is a paramedic and one is a cop so they had all the illegal ones and no one was in trouble. (who you know….) (Reminds me of when Stephen would have all the good firecrackers on the fourth, confiscated from the citizens of Orem breaking the law. Amazing what you find in the evidence room.)
Anyway, we saw an amazing show of roman candles, fountains, lots of fire, bangs, and sparkles. It was so funny to see all the men playing with fire. They would all gather around in a circle in the middle of the road and light their stuff and then they would all run and bam, bam, bam like 7 would shoot up in the air. Wesley just watched, he didn’t even get scared at all.
It was a fun night! Thanks Tory and your crazy neighbors. The girls had never seen many home fireworks because they are illegal in Washington. We do poppers and think it’s cool. Toby bought a bunch of fun ones and we lit them off after the neighborhood pyro show. It was fun to be close to the explosions crazy as that sounds…

That was a fun day. It was great to let the girls get in on the firework action. They loved to light them and RUN. Thanks for spending the 4th with us.
