We bought a house

We had an idea for an investment - so we're in the Rental Business.  We bought a house!  Cute little house in Turtle Creek.  Found a wonderful family to rent it too.  Did a little work, painting, finishing the basement.  We will learn a lot through this.  It was very intimidating to sign all the loan papers and realize that we actually own another home...
