Monday–Day Three–Sea Day

The importance of those elevator inserts telling you the day is becoming evident.  It is so nice to give up the schedule of real life and have the chance to say, “What day IS it?”  Another sea day, lazy morning, breakfast and mini golf.  Then on to some time at the pool.  I swam with Melissa while Mike took a nap.  Katie so enjoys the food available anytime!  Excellent french fries.  Megan and Lis did some spying on Andrew – sitting with a new friend by the pool.  These sea days are amazing, so relaxing.  I always wish there were more of them.

Lunch by the pool.  How will we ever go home?

Then it was get ready for another terrific dinner.  We chose to eat at 6 and do the shows at 9.  We are always 10 minutes late it seems.  But I love the getting all pretty and dressed up part.

The kids are getting more comfortable at ordering from the exotic choices on the menu.  There is always steak or chicken if nothing sounds quite right.  Tonight, Mike Andrew and Megan ordered an appetizer that they are still talking about.  Veal Tortillini.  Yummy! DSC_8874DSC_8879DSC_8880DSC_8881

Bernardo tries to talk us into multiple desserts, so sometimes we each try two.  DSC_8882DSC_8883DSC_8884DSC_8887DSC_8889

I’m glad we have dinners together.  Andrew runs off to be with his new friends afterwards and we don’t see much of him.  He does wish he would have listened in Spanish class now, as all his friends are spanish speaking!

We did some shopping on the Promenade after dinner and went to the show.  Fun nights on the ship! Tonight a beautiful swan from Marvin…  Tomorrow starts our adventures in St. Maarten!
